Their advanced Pipe Distribution Network (PDN) stretches 28 kilometers (17 miles) underground, using pre-insulated steel pipelines for maximum efficiency. With three operational plants connected to this network, Qatar Cool delivers cooling to over 69 prominent towers in West Bay, including government offices, ministries, hotels, residential complexes, and commercial spaces.

The Pearl-Qatar: Serving an expansive 3.9 million square meters (41 million square feet) on The Pearl-Qatar, Qatar Cool’s PDN extends 92 kilometers (57 miles) with pre-insulated steel pipes ranging from 75 mm to 1400 mm in diameter. The Energy Transfer Stations (ETS) are integrated via a Fiber Optic Communication Network for centralized monitoring and control. The Integrated District Cooling Plant dedicated to The Pearl-Qatar boasts a remarkable 130,000 Tons of Refrigeration capacity, making it the largest district cooling plant in the world.
